Academic Director's Corner

Welcome to the Academic Director’s Corner!  In collaboration with the Tiller Faculty,Tiller Directors, students, and families, the Academic Director strives to identify academic priorities, set goals and monitor progress towards goals. As a Tiller Team decisions are made that are strategic, intentional, and grounded in what is in the best interest of our students. Tiller strives to engage and invest in families and community stakeholders. The Academic Director provides opportunities for teachers to engage in professional development opportunities to grow as leaders.  The Academic Director oversees the systems, practices, and cycles to drive student performance.  The Academic Director upholds the mission of Tiller School to “Create navigators for life.”
