OUR Strategic Plan

The Tiller School Strategic Plan for 2023-2028 provides direction for the Board of Directors and Administration to focus activities that align with Tiller School’s vision, mission, and the Tiller Way to best support Tiller School, its students, staff, and families. The Strategic Plan outlines Tiller School’s path forward in “Creating Navigators for Life” for both internal and external audiences such as the Board, Administration and staff, Tiller School PTSO, past, current, and future Tiller School families, and the local community that Tiller School serves. The Strategic Plan is a living document; progress will be monitored by the Board and Administration throughout the year. The Board will conduct an annual assessment of progress at its annual July retreat and make adjustments to account for progress and commit to activities for the coming year; progress and plan adjustments will be shared with the Tiller School community following each retreat.
